How will I receive my tickets?
Once payment is confirmed we email your booking confirmation. Show it - on your phone is fine - together with ID at the box office on the night to collect your tickets.
Can I get a refund if I can't come?
Contact us as early as possible by replying to your confirmation email. We'll do our best to resell your tickets and refund you, but refunds can't be guaranteed close to showtime.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Mention accessibility needs in your ticket request and we'll arrange step-free access and companion seating where available.
